Respond YES to the question in the registration form that asks if you need a visa invitation letter
We will contact everyone who responds YES and request further information such as passport and travel details before issuing an invitation letter
If you need the invitation letter urgently or have any questions, please email registrations@astronomy2024.org
Please note that your name should appear exactly as it is in your passport.
