REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Follow the registration link to the Oxford Abstracts platform. If you have an existing account on the platform, please sign in. Otherwise, create an account.

  • Email Verification

    You will receive a verification link by email. Follow the link to complete verification. Once verified, you will be redirected to the registration page.

  • Choose ticket (type of registration)

    Select your ticket; scroll down to see further ticket options. It is possible to purchase multiple tickets together. You will need to input the name and email address of each participant. A running total is shown on the right.

  • Enter Details

    The platform auto populates the name and email address associated with the user account. Toggle the button to enter a different name and email address.

  • Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each conference participant

    Enter name, email address, and choose add-ons.

  • Enter registration information

    Complete details required for registration such as institution, country, accessibility requirements etc. You can complete the details for all participants yourself OR select the option for the platform to contact them individually.

  • Payment

    Once you are happy with your choices, click on Continue. You will be taken to the final page where you can either choose to pay by credit card (or PayPal) or you can choose to pay later by clicking on “Offline payment” and the “Finish” button on the following page.

    Your registration is now complete, pending payment of your registration fees if you chose to pay offline (in which case you should receive an email with the invoice confirming your registration).
