POSTER SCHEDULE

As a poster author, here is how the E-posters will work.

In-person poster author:

Find your allotted date-time and physical screen number on the Poster Schedule page: https://astronomy2024.org/poster-schedule/. At your scheduled time, please proceed to your allotted digital screen in the Exhibition Hall (E-Posters area). In-person participants will be able to walk by, read your poster, and chat with you. In addition, your digital poster screen (equipped with a webcam and mic) will have a zoom session running through which you will be able interact with virtual participants.

Virtual poster author:

Find your allotted date-time and zoom breakout room on the Poster Schedule page: https://astronomy2024.org/poster-schedule/. At your scheduled time, proceed to your allotted zoom breakout room. Virtual participants will be able to join your zoom room and chat with you. In addition, your poster will have a dedicated digital screen at the physical venue which will be running a zoom session. Thus, in-person participants will also be able to interact with you via zoom.

In person participant:

Proceed to the Exhibition Hall (E-Posters area) during poster sessions. Find your poster of interest in the table below and go to the corresponding digital screen to interact with the poster authors. The poster author may be present in-person or online on zoom at that screen.

Virtual poster author:

Proceed to the E-Poster zoom room during poster sessions (link is available in the online programme). Find your poster of interest in the table below and go to the corresponding zoom breakout room to interact with the poster author. The poster author may be present in-person or online.

All posters will be available in the Poster Gallery on the online conference platform for the full duration of the conference. More information at https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/knowledge/exploring-the-poster-gallery.

All authors who submitted their poster PDF by the deadline should find their scheduled time/poster screen/zoom room on this list (the screen number is the same as the zoom room number).
If you did not submit your poster PDF by the deadline, please follow the instructions below. Unfortunately, late posters may not have a dedicated screen. We will try our best to cater for such late submissions where possible.
– In person author: upload your poster on the platform as instructed, and also bring your poster PDF on a USB to the E posters area in the Exhibition Hall. Our team (identifiable by their VOLUNTEER badge) will help upload your poster to an available screen. Kindly do this well in advance of your scheduled session.
– Virtual author: upload your poster PDF as instructed and email it to registrations@astronomy2024.org. Our team will help find an available screen during your session.

In addition to the screens dedicated to specific posters, a handful of unallocated screens will be available for general browsing of all posters.
