Ultimately we would like to populate something like the table below with goals for developing astronomy research, education, outreach, human capacity etc in your country/region over the next 5 years to 2024. Rough timelines and budgets (in any currency) will suffice. The last column in the table explains how each of these aims fits into the draft Audacious African Vision for Astronomy 2024.
